Graphics bug: nothing for hemorrhagic fever

Beyond the only part of the in-game documentation pointing to hemorrhagic fever being glass, which can't be used in the virus analyzer (only the mantis gland will work there), once reaching that point and sequencing it in the virus analyzer, the little doors opened but there was no vial. Closed the game, reloaded, did it again in case there was a bug and when it happened again I left the airship, climbed back on and this time when I walked up to the sequencer with the cursor over the phial port it said "hemorrhagic fever" when it did not after running the sequencer.
