Option to turn off inventory loss on death

This update has caused drastic FPS loss when transitioning between the surface and the air, which leans to falling off the extendable landing ramp no matter how long you wait for the game to catch up.

Either turn off inventory loss, or add some railings to the stupid ramp. It was actually safer to build catwalks to the the buildings.
