Report a translation problem
There is a Ship Sway and a Head Bob setting in the Gameplay Settings. Turn the sliders all the way down to nothing. See if this doesn't help resolve the issue. Dose it get better if you remove the tank or put in another part of the ship? Does it persist thru exit of the game and restart? Also, do you have Vsync on and have you tired disabling it? Does that help at all?
