2 - Bugs need to be squashed as well as Glitches 100%. There is a multitude of issues present that is just genuinely overlooked by whoever is supposed to playtest. And if its us, thats a problem as players shouldnt be playtesters as they are far more unrealiable.

Minor point 7 of my own: Fix geometry and level design where there are either invisible walls or even missing walls + working on the actual movement to not suck to the point where you either get stuck on the smallest things or momentum just carries you into the void cause you jumped onto an angled ledge.
1) Bugs - there are game-breaking ones and frustrations on the forums like the invisible walls & whatnot. I didn't encounter any, but the ability to finish the game smoothly is important.
2) Performance - Just super important, I also dropped frames as I played, had to exit to main menu & load my save to fix it regularly.
3) Story/Gameplay - It's too short, I don't even need a garden or pipe system, they're more vanity than resource. I enjoyed it, but most of my time was spent messing around with my airship and making it a home instead of actual progression or useful systems.
Things that you'd expect to be early game like the freezer or mid-game like the automated gardening also ended up being less useful than I hoped & unlocked too late.
---
I'm fine with them going at their own pace though, just what I feel is important.
Also hey look I got a lot of things I could report on. Here is a funny funky fact for ya: That report site has a limit on how many letters I can type. So pray tell how am I to do it Mr. Snarkypants?
---
Edit: Keep your snark to yourself and dont antagonize the players of the game you mod for. Last I checked this aint the 7D2D forums. And this game aint as popular for you to be able to push it under the rug.
Just dont. Cause I can be a vindictive a**hole and screenshots are very easily made and saved.
I like to read the forums as I play a game, there were some 'I'm stuck in x biome' and quite a few 'invisible wall' posts, so that became my motivation for hoping their first priority is bug fixing. Not everything is malicious.
I don't know how my hope for them to extend the story ended up as 'work on a good story line' in the OP though. The 7/8 are also more rude than feedback as well.
NOTE: please make sure you added your upvote to issues you have experienced as the numbers also matter. EX: an issue with 1-2 upvotes will get much lower priority than one with 50. Sometimes in the programming world (retired programmer) its a numbers game and you have to address issues in a way that affects the broadest audience.
Your intent was humor? In a post where people actively discuss what needs fixing? In a time where the game has mixed reviews? With wording that makes it sound more condescending than cheerful? On the steam forums which are known to be a toxic mess?
Now benefit of the doubt and Devils Avocado for you and I apologize if it wasnt the case but you cannot tell me that what you wrote doesnt sound like Passive Aggressive Snark in a neutral setting that is text. You should know that humor translates more than poorly in text form and nothing indicated that it was written in a joking manner.
And you are right. I cannot dictate what you are allowed to write. Im glad I didnt. I told you to keep the snark to yourself. Thats not me saying you aint allowed to write it. I dont know why you think I did. Especially when you werent snarky as you clearly said. So I was wrong, right?
---
Now. To get it back on track. I also said something else. I have a ton of stuff to report. How would I do it? Cause Im not gonna sit here for 2 hours to report every single thing I found in detail for I dont know how many posts.
There's nothing you can really do if you don't want to spend the time, here is the link if you want to: https://forever-skies.featureupvote.com/
You could always just give general descriptions, other people might find it in the future and upvote it, leading to comments from others or investigation.
It still makes sense to make bug reports there, but bugs are somewhat... apparent in this game, so whatever bug you came across is probably has been reported multiple times.
And everything OP listed is already there. Pointing them to feature upvote is... pointless (pun intended).
I understand you want people to discuss here about what they think needs to be fixed, it won't be delivered to devs this way though.
This is just a suggestion, if you do have something on upvote posted and you see several others having similar issues, instead of only discussing, also post the link to that specific upvote. A lot of people don't want to search, but if a link is already presented, they're more likely to upvote that bug report. Which would be a win-win. Your upvote gets more attention and devs are more aware of issues.
That said, a fix isn't always easy. A lot of times a 'fix' lead to other bugs
I can report you, but that would be silly... why would I report you to myself?
