On the same level as where you power it up, pretty much in the next room. There were some reports of missing printers after the update though, if you only find cables in the next room, the best option is to look for a new workshop

I don't think there is a 3D printer, if I'm remembering correctly, you grab the recipe from the Tech Printer and then craft the AI code card in your suit.

It's for the quest 'The Cockroaches Plan' and 'Voice of Nature', right?

It's a tier one tech printer item I think called BLUEPRINT: AI-TREE KEYCARD

The craft itself is in the first tab of the Suit Printer after you've redeemed it.
If it's not in either, I have no idea and you should probably create a bug report, maybe trying another workshops tech printer might work.

I went through two scenarios. The first is just a flash drive, destroyed AI and a flight to the ark (somehow it didn't impress me). The second is some kind of Matrix ))) Only those robots that circled around the cocoons are missing.
But in both cases the dust remained, so it's not clear what the point is in manipulating the virus cure. The Earth remained in ♥♥♥♥. I chose the second one and didn't bother pressing Alt+F4 to autosave. Gestalt is closed. )))
