It's in the underdust (the first one with the thermal flowers and pet). The icons are explained here:

Scroll to the far right, it's the one called " Descent to the Underdust", like a tall skyscraper with a circle on top (nothing growing on it). You will most likely find it in the green zone.

It is Nohas Towers. Pink triangle circle on top on the radar. It will be on the ground floor. Tou should have to go their for the questline.

Sounds like the wiki is out of date, calls out the underdust.

Is there a chance you picked it up, but didn't research it yet in the research station?

Engines stack. The max speed in game is 100km/h, but starter engines are 15km/h each up to 75km/h. If you stack 5 of them, that's pretty fast already :)
Yea i guess, but they eat through a lot of fuel when looking for that one specific location :D

While that's true, they eat through fuel proportionate to speed, so you arrive at your destination quicker having consumed exactly the same amount of fuel :)

There are other instances of the Underdust, so you can potentially fly around and try to find another one without an invisible wall.
