Starting Zone Bug with Wind Farm not spawning for Noah Questline(Soft Lock)

I had the issue where i had to get to wind farm lower landing pad, the exclamation marker was out of the starting area lso i tried getting to find another wind farm... after flying for 2 hours onto all the corners of the map, there was not a single wind farm inside the starting area and i had no way of getting over those walls to say the least.... Then i decided to start a new save as i couldnt make any progress outside(i skipped the tutorial) and i spawned in with all three types of towers right in front of me... So if anyone else does have that issue try it this way to save yourselfs the hassle. Im sure its a overseight on the Dev that there is a possibility that the starting zone gets spawned with only 2 types of towers and that its gonna be patched up quickly...
