Where is the workshop research computer located

I searched every room in the workshop, but couldn't find this item

One of rooms on the lower levels where you go after opening big doors at the top. It is locked with a blockade from the other side, you need find an angle to shoot it with a crossbow.

It is on the lower level in the upper left corner building, atleast i think thats where it was for me. It wasnt on the lowest level thats for sure.

I found mine in the back-most room in the lower workshop, after opening the large gate with the three power supplies. You'll need to restore power to the workshop with 4 solid state batteries and to have crafted the cutting tool. look for a room with two, warm white, lights. You may need to go up and down a few levels to get to the door. The computer unlocks the Tech Ballon Core, Large Cockpit, and the Inverted Large Cockpit.
