Soft Stuck

I've ending up in a pretty awkward soft-stuck position.

I'm currently in the biome that is entirely surrounded by the barrier which requires the charged bolt to open up. Unfortunately, I'm out of charged bolts. I realized this while I was in the workshop, and ran out while trying to complete the zone. I've been trying to locate a regular lift to restock on energy crystals (the thing I'm missing for making more bolts), but so far it's looked like all the lifts are on the other side of the barrier. I'm also looking at overgrown outposts, hoping to find the plant that can be crafted into it. I'm not sure if that plant has a seed. If it does, I haven't gotten lucky to get it yet. I've flown around too much to be able to try and figure out where I originally entered from, so I'm not sure it'd be possible to find my way out that way, and since I've saved and reloaded, I'm not sure if it even saves that.

Anyways, still enjoying the game, just posting this as awareness of this stuck-state

The towers always repeat. But you can find the lucifren fruits. Look for the multi colored trees. You can make crystals from them.

That's what I'm looking for, but I'm unluckily not finding either of the locations that the fruits spawn at.

I'll clarify that I'm in the green biome, not the blue biome that the workshop is in. So all I get is new nature territories which I can't enter without a charged bolt

For anyone else stuck like this, here's how I got out of it; I went and looted a crystal battery from an overgrown lift, which I then recycled back into 2 energy crystals to get the bolts
