Brain cleanser
I'm in the second underdust and get stung by a bee and need Brain cleanser. I need 2 Green Colander for that. sheesh what a slog. Where am I going to get that in this biome? This disease thing needs a rework. So much of this game is tedium. I was expecting clever puzzles, instead I get gatelocked tech and survival elements. I can't grow Green Colander because I dont' have the big plot, because it's random locked somewhere. Guess I'll die *shrug*

visit a greenhouse
Survival is in the description of the game. As per store page. Are you on the Beta Branch or Regular Branch? Item BP's have been adjusted to a different method.

A first-person survival game set on a post-apocalyptic, ecologically ruined Earth. Play solo or with up to 3 friends as you build, upgrade, and fly a high-tech airship. Scavenge resources, craft tools, and face dangers on the surface as you hunt for a cure to save humanity.

Explore the various locations and look for the ? Covered ones, they have new tech to scan when you find them.

You are less gatelocked, just more exploration is needed. Try to visit as much as possible before delving down below.

If you are on that stage, make sure you gather EVERYTHING that is scannable ;)

remember the first rule of RPG type game. pick up everything that is not lock down and in this game, scavenge anything that is and CAN be taken with you (metal, glass, copper, etc)

By that point, you should have planted these plants already into big pots, which last forever and keep spawning the fruits.

And honestly, there should be a greenhouse tower nearby, so what looks like a slog may in reality be less than 10 minutes of playtime to fix.

Good luck.

Greenhouses are in another biome. It would be a slog. Anyway I did nothing and it seemed to just go away.

If your immunity is high it will sometimes go away. Once your immunity is low it will become chronic and get worse.
