can't find the small freezer

looked everywhere, I found the large freezer, but i have nothing in my scanning logs to tell me where the small freezer is

The freezer is in the Command Center. It looks like a windmill with 3 boxes on the left side on the Radar. Find it and you can scan the freezer then upgrade to the Large one.

Then it might be a question mark you haven't ran across yet. Here is what it looks like. Keep flying in a direction and let the map reset.

yeah I would go to the question mark but nothing would be there so i reset the map 3 times

According to the Devs, in ver. 1.0, progression will be changed to prevent finding a more advanced item before you get the base item. So this will not happen anymore.
