Don't know what I'm doing wrong or is it bugged? I've traded enough items for the trade xp to reach the required 900, but the next level is not unlocked?

Yes. There is a 3 tier level trading system. I'm stuck in level 1 and cannot trade level 2.

Yoy can only trade a limited number of items in each Artifact Trading Station and then you have to fly to a new location to use the next ATS to trade again for upgrading tiers

Yup, I am aware of that. I've done the grind to many locations for trading 7 items at a time. My problem is that I have the trading xp points of 900 as required to move on to the next level. However, the next level is not available. I would like to know if I still need to do something to trade on the next tier?

Problem discovered.. I use a controller for game play. While interacting with the ATS a controller does not scroll past tier 1. Had to use the mouse to scroll down further.
