Question: What's the Difference between Legacy Airship Building and Normal?
So far I've only played on Normal, but I'm curious as to what Legacy Entails as a ruleset.

Normal you have to put engines on catwalks and turbines on walls. With Legacy build you are more free to put parts where you want. So you have more free range to build.

No, that is standard across the game. Base core is like 500, and you can add 4 sections per core.
