I'll come back to the game some day, but it won't be until I see they've addressed the data cards scarcity and such. RNG shouldn't be this brutal.
The Wiki shows this as the "Communications Hub" icon. You'll need the docking ramp to get it because all locations at the Hub are only accessible using the ramp, usually 3 separate buildings and make sure you pay close attention to demat any metal sheets because they can have hidden rooms under them. You'll know you're in the right place if you find data pads with notes about finding a freezer.
That's the Large Freezer, which is an upgrade so you have to have the regular freezer first. IIRC, the regular freezer is at one of the rarer Wind Farm locations, I forget which one.
Just FYI for everyone. There is a known bug that was in the update notes about this. They are working on the issue of BP's not showing up like they should. Should be one per tower at max and sometime none. Right now it is more towards none I believe. They are aware and working on it. Please read the know bugs in the latest update news for more info.
I was wondering if they would make it an upgrade after the patch. Do you know if those variants show up as question marks on the radar? It seems like many of the other variants now show up as those before you've discovered them.
The question mark indicates a tower type you have not ever visited before; this is the same behavior as always, it has not changed. Not all tower types have associated blueprints, but most of them do, so checking out question marks is a good idea.
The first time I went looking for the fridge, I was told what the symbol looked like on the map. That's how I found it before. I had never been to that type of POI but it wasn't a question mark. So I assumed it was only for certain tower types.
BTW, I did end up finding both fridges. So thanks to everyone that tried to help.
I'm not positive but I believe the Large Fridge is in a Radio variant (orange lights) that has two totally separate small towers and each require the Docking Plank to enter. It's probably the most precarious looking POI.
