Placing a Metal Collector
I cannot for the life of me place the metal collector. It says to place on the catwalk and I am doing so, but it just won't place no matter the position. I've rotated, added more catwalks, I'm lost. Any advice would be appreciated!

goes on the outside edge of the catwalk. like a insect lure, needs to drop a line down to catch things.

Ya they need to reword that or something, because I had the same issue, till I happened to move to the edge while moving it around.
