Where can I find Glowweed?

I need Glowweed to make the immunity booster but I can't find any.

I searched all overgrown towers and gardens i came across for about 6 hours yesterday and today, That bloody weed is nowhere to be found, no seeds and no plant, nothing. :))

I remember finding one plant at the beginning of the game, but it had long since decayed.
I thought about keeping that one in a freezer, but for some reason I'm not aware of, the Command Center where the blueprint is supposed to be hasn't spawned a single time since I started the game...

Does anyone have any idea (besides "keep looking", I've done that already)?

New Nature Territory and the Wild Habitat to find Glowweed

Wildlife Areas, they are marked with a giant X of of towers with vines.

Yes, typically. Past the mantis arena there is an area with various structures and loot to pick up, it's usually around there somewhere.

They tend to be in the New Nature Territories with the Webling nests, not the ones with all the mantises.

My issue is... I need glowweed for Immunity Booster so I can enter New Nature Terr. But I cant enter said Terr, because I don't have booster. Or is the announcement telling me "Imminent Death, leave immediately" just a hoax?

You don't need an immunity booster to go into the new nature territory, you need them to enter the overgrown garden tower, two different locations.

The warming 'Immunity low, risk of death is imminent' is basically a story beat that tells you your immunity has permanently dropped as you progress the story.

New Nature Territory, at the end are always a couple of glow weeds

2 Gardens
2 Wild Habitats

...without success. But I found some in the first New Nature Territory I tried. But no seeds, so I can't plant it in my air ship.

I don't think they spawn as plants in Gardens, I think they just have a very small chance of being one of the random seeds you can find there. But that's a rare enough event that I wouldn't count on it. I would check more New Nature Territories and maybe Wild Habitats; getting a seed when you harvest the plant is RNG, and it sounds like you had bad luck with the plants you found. Unfortunately AFAIK there's no guaranteed way of getting a specific seed.

I recommend checking out more New Nature Territories, on two playthroughs they've always been there and not the wild habitat for me.
