Bugged quest finding Noah's hideout - location tracker has multiple !'s

I am at a loss as to what to do. I am still at the spot where you get the quest to research and craft the location tracker. I made it and placed it on my ship, and there are few ?'s and like a dozen !'s that are red, and no indication of where I am supposed to go other than the quest saying to fly to the !.....which ! !?!?!

Any location with "!" mark will lead to Noah's hideout - it's due to game's mechanism.

Most of the "air islands" (or PoI, or location as shown in in-game database) are not unique (yes there are a few exception, such as the very first island) - so you can find multiple copies of the same type across the map, therefore if you miss something on your first visit of the said type of location, fear not, you could visit another and still progress your journey.

Z czym masz problem? Wszystkie zadania działają u mnie dobrze i nie widzę żadnych raportów o tym, że którekolwiek z zadań jest zepsute.

What are you having problems with? All of the quests are working fine for me, and I'm not seeing reports of any of the quests being broken.

I have a erternal "!" at the Descent to the Underdust tower even though I´ve done that mission and finished the game.

I know this is a necro thread, but I am on my 2nd playthrought (to find the missing middle piece) now I have this quest "unfinish" too but I am nearing the end of my mission to complete the game and cannot get rid of this.
