Download and Update Error

Is anyone else having trouble downloading the update? I try to download and it keeps saying "Disk Write Error", I've tried repairing the drive, repairing the library, un-checking the "read only box" and restarting PC multiple times. This has been happening to me since the combat Update dropped. When I do manage to get the game installed and try to run it I get a "Create Process returned back as 2" error

I tried this, also tried installing it to the 3 other SSDs in my computer, failed every single time.

Hi, please add the game to the exceptions in your antivirus software. This helped quite a few people with this problem, maybe it's a similar case.
