Where is the best place to find Window Wall blueprints?

So in my current save I have Metal Walls, Plastic Walls, Bloom Walls, and Bloom Window Walls, as well as a bunch of other build items like Glass Floors, but I don't have the basic Window Walls yet. Is there any difference in which locations are likely to have blueprint chips for different types of build items (e.g., basic build item blueprints are more likely to spawn in low-tier locations like Radio Towers, or something like that)? Or is it entirely RNG and all locations have the same mix of possible blueprints?

What you are getting from data cards is complete RNG, no ties to tower type.

What Ramiel said. The only thing that you have control over is what types of items you get on the data cards. You only start to get paint designs when you find the Paint Tool for example

I really like having proper windows, but I'm having to choose the open space with the yellow X. I feel like the window wall should be a starting tech.
