Pipe connected membrane location

I have been to both types of underdust, both types of green house and many of the smaller POIs and this item eludes me, where did they get stashed?

If you got the small sprinkler and the pipes you should have it. I mean I only found sprinkler objects twice. The heavy sprinkler on an infected tower (one building only with a wrecked extendable walkway). Then the small sprinkler and pipes on the heavily infected tower. Where you have to shoot the three or four "sources of infection" for the small bits.

Did you do any research related to sprinklers?

Thank you, I finally figured out where it is. I was reading the research page improperly, playing on too little sleep and I was looking at the result tab and seeing it as the requirement to complete the research.
