How to get Resin to research Epox?

I have already heared, that you can find Epox at Greenhouses. But it has Biohazard and I can´t reach them.

So my next guess is, that you should craft Epox. But the research needs Plant Resin. Never saw that anywhere. So where can I get it? Or did I ruin my playthrough?

epoxy is in regular greenhouses not just diseased greenhouses.
You can find plant resin in the underdust tunnels. Its in the red flowers that grow in bunches

Ah, regular Greenhouse have also? great :) What color do they have on radar? green/red/blue?
