Hidden and or hard locked key binding is a puzzle to me. Why would anyone release a PC game without full control over the bindings? It's why I returned Jurassic Park 2 with it's hidden bindings you can't change. As to the numpad I use it all the time for hotkeys with my MMO mouse. We shall see.

I am very interested in finding out WTF on this topic. If they haven't correctly made the numpad keys separate, it is very amateurish. Let us hope they can do it right. If someone could update this topic to tell us if you can properly bind the numpad keys after release, I'd be grateful. I dislike buying then returning games due to 'no proper key rebinding'.

For now i can't bind the numpad and the 6 buttons upside the arrow keys (supr etc).

But i can bind the button near enter so i am using this for now + my two house side button.

Not perfect for now but i can play like this.

You should be able to rebind to the Numpad. We will look into this and sort it.

Actually, there is a lot more to key remapping than you might think.
As mentioned to OP, we will look into this.

So, I must be dumb. I can't change the key bindings. I am trying to change inventory from "I" to "TAB". Tab is not being utilized anywhere that I can see, but when I try to change the binding it just goes back to I. If I right click rather than left, it will go to "unbound" or something like that. I can only change it back to I. Any suggestions? I absolutely HATE having I as inventory, I really need it to be tab. Ugh.

Ok, so I guess nevermind? I am in the game now and pressed TAB and it opened the inventory. I don't know. At least it is tab. :-)

I'm happy to hear this is being looked into, while I'm not having issues with numpad, I seem to be unable to rebind the middle mouse button or bind Tab to any buttons
