Where do I find the auto-extractor?

Log says a filtered auto-extractor can be found in the underdust. Been running around through the dust and haven't found anything. Even made it to the "end of early access content" screen but still can't seem to find the scan.

It's one of the custom locations marked with a ? on the map, above the dust.

Large hole in the upper floor, you can scan it from there, or go down into the building.

There's currently a bug that if you go to the Underdust BEFORE scanning the Auto Extractor, the FILTERING Deck Extractor won't spawn. The location you're looking for is called 'Rooftops'. It's a Wind Farm variant with a huge warehouse like building next to it.

I got the filtering auto-extractor before I got the auto-extractor myself.

I also found the Filtering Extractor before the Auto Extractor. I believe finding the Filtering Extractor will add the research for the Auto Extractor if you don't already have it, so you'll want to check for it.

That didn't happen for me though, I had to find it in the warehouse.

I found the docking ramp there on a very high generator. Didn't goto the building itself tho, it's too high for me. Couldn't even get outside the airship at 320m.

Yeah no that's where I got the filtering auto extractor, so is there a different location? And no getting the filtering one didnt give research for the reg auto extractor

In v1.0 things were changed. I just found the automatic extractor in the first contaminated garden I visited.

Yeah, I've been trying to find it too. Have the filtered but not the auto. I'm at the infected greenhouse and it shows that I have one thing left to find but I've checked every inch 3 times. I think if you find the filtered version first, the auto bugs out so you can't get it.

There is a small separate room on infected greenhouse towers where the automatic deck extractor is found. The room is between the landing pad and the infected greenhouse proper. It usually has a ladder with a blockade on it that you need to shoot with the crossbow to drop and the door into the room has a blockade on it as well.

You hero. I've never landed on the opposite pad so had no reason to think anything was over there but another walkway to the structure.
