As for the pet, I'm quite confident the Dev's will move the trigger condition for the "rockslide" from the jump scare to the acquisition of the pet, so that the area stays open until you pick it up.
They could also do what they did with the paint gun, until you grab it, it's sitting on the bench. once you obtain it and revisit another one later on it's simply missing and everything else is still open to you.
Also what is Barracade? did i miss a poster down there?
Small/Medium/Large = 1
Next Tier down = 2
3rd Tier down = 3
Each section has 3 options, so 1/2/3. Instead of trying to "figure it out" just play it by the numbers. Start with:
Small = 1 (if that proceeds to the 2nd Tier then):
choose the 1st option = 1 (if that proceeds to the 3rd Tier then):
choose the 1st option = 1
If that succeeds your result was: 1/1/1
If not, the 2nd time try: 1/2/1, then 1/2/2, 1/2/3, 1/3/1, 1/3/2, 1/3/3, repeat for each type (Small/Medium/Large).
I hope that makes sense.
The main purpose to keep Core alone in the end.
So when you're selecting, particles which will be removed are highlighted. Make sure that "core" is not highlighted on each step.
if on last step core and some other particle(s) remain, then on re-start make sure that you will remove those particle(s) before final step.
Very simple.
