BUG: My ship keeps shaking for no apparent reason.
It happens most of the time now. No storm, even when anchored. I have made sure that nothing is clipping inside the ship. Sometimes it will stop, then start again. It is so bad that it is difficult to use the manual deck extractor and it is giving me actual motion sickness. I have reported it several times through the feedback tab ingame. I can't play this game any more like this so I won't be able to play until this bug is fixed. I was really enjoying the game before this started. :steamsad:

I dont have a shaking but a slight rocking like a boat in water thankfully the extractor locks on pretty well but Id recommend just Hunting the auto extractor Asap the Base Extractor is kinda awful feeling and tedious My biggest bug is my character got off the ladder and now is like permanent ghost so I just fall through the floor to my death over and over D:

Mine started off as an occasional slight rocking but is now a most-of-the-time convulsive heaving. I have the auto deck extractor but I should still be able to use the other one.

Devs have said they know about this and are working on it.

Being an airship, a slight sway at all times should be expected. During situations that would cause high wind (like storms), the sway should be a bit higher (still shouldn't be much, because airships are generally pretty stable).

The level of motion people have been talking about isn't normal though, and it's good to hear that the devs are aware and trying to resolve the issue.

I am grateful to know that the devs are working on it. I would not mind a slight swaying while travelling but the near constant heaving is too much for me.

Sometimes floating debris will clip into and get stuck in the balloon, causing it to shake. Try deconstructing the balloon (when landed, obvi). Then rebuild it. That may solve your problem.

I am not able to deconstruct the balloon.

I have a similar shaking, it's a super-annoying graphics glitch. I get the shaking when I'm at the front of the airship, and usually it happens when I'm cooking something. I can usually walk away from the front of the ship and the shaking will stop. Maybe it's a collision issue?

Try building a second balloon on your airship. If there's no space right now, just add a Room or two sticking out from the side and place a new balloon core there.

I've had the shaking happen in multiple runs, and it has always been solved by adding an additional balloon.

I thought that at first my controls were too close to the cockpit windshield so I moved it back and removed anything else from the cockpit, did not help. I also checked to make sure nothing placed inside was clipping.

Sigh, I was so proud of my streamlined build. I will try a fatter ship with 2 balloons.

If the fishing gear is installed too close to the airship, it can cause interference.

I have also encountered the same problem, possibly because the spaceship is too large and heavy. Later, I added a new balloon and found that the problem was optimized.

I'm going to play on a new save and fingers crossed the bug will be fixed in the upcoming patch.

I have found that saving and quitting and then reloading fixes this most of time. Not ideal, but it works until the devs solve the issue.
