Garden areas cause lag
Everything was running fine until I got to the first tower with all the gardens. I think all the grass textures and plants caused everything to lag really bad.

Sorry to hear that. Being in Early Access, we're optimizing as we go, so some might experience lag in places that others don't depending on setup.

We will continue working on optimization.

Thanks. I figured as much but I though it would help you know where things were lagging when you get to that step.

Can also confirm some frame drops in the greenhouse tower. I did some mucking about in the graphical settings, it seems that it's mostly related to the "post processing" option. Turning just that down by one level (in my case, medium -> low) was all it took to completely remove the frame drops and return smooth performance.

Do either of you have the auto extractor(s) installed on your airship? With a few of those active i get quite bad FPS drops whenever they are trying to calculate stuff. Greenhouses would be problematic because of all the blocked LOS to things that can be dismantled.

Haven't started using auto extractors yet, so it's not that (at least in my case).
