How to conceal (mostly) your Turbines Pt 2

Alright, I found another way to conceal your Turbines, at least mostly this time. If you add a Ladder Room so that you can climb on top of your Airship (the OG Ship with it's 1st Balloon) you can place Railings up there and attach the Turbine to the Railing. This hides it directly on top of your Airship and directly beneath your Balloon.

I haven't tested it yet to determine if it renders them immune to Lightning strikes but I'd wager they'll take much less damage than sticking outward like normal.

You can also add "Deep Storage" on top as well for items you don't need often but also don't want to throw away. the drawback is you can't access said Storage from the Ship itself, you'll have to climb up each time.

I have put a few small boxes up there. Holding crossbow bolts, viruses, unused equipment and other stuff I don't use that often.

Yup, exactly what I had in mind for the roof Storage.

Its a good idea. You could also put two metal walls and a door around your ladder room, to remove the noise issue. Make it so its a room you access.
