Where the heck do I get polymer? I've hit a few dozen towers and nadda. No drop, no recipe for it... :(

There is a special tower with 3 lights that I found it at. Building the radar for the ship helps find them

Greenhouse. There you will find it in the rooms as well as plant oil in drums (take bottles) to make more. You SHOULD be taken to one as part of the progression missions.

Funny enough I had not gone THERE yet. Was just adding more turbines so I could get high enough to land.

Look for the GREEN Beacon light. After that, and you've added more Turbines or upgraded the ones you have (2 minimum) then fly to the PURPLE Beacon light. Both have loads of Polymer.

Ya just walked in to that 3 light tower and I am swimming in poly and got recipe to craft. Woot. :)
