Is there any list of every blueprint in the game? to know if i'm missing something or if I just can focus on expanding

There's two types, functional core stuff you scan/research and datapads for decorations etc.

If you go to the "studies" tab, it will give you a completion rate for the important stuff, even telling you which type of tower you need to visit. You can also break this down by the type of bench.

I'm not sure if decorations are tracked so unsure how to know if you have them all. I also don't know if datapads are location specific or you can just learn anything anywhere from them.

Yeah but when i go to a section that says for example "72%", it doesnt say what am I missing from it

There's two main parts to look at.

The first section (scanner) gives you a % for the locations. If you're not at 100% You either need to look for "?" on the radar, or if you look to the right of a tech you haven't found yet it'll tell you which location it can be found at. Just keep visiting locations of that type and you'll eventually find everything.

The second screenshot is more of an overall completion. It doesn't tell you where to look, it's just there so you know you can stop looking. As you can see I'm still missing at least one thing for the fabricator (viral research i think)

There isn't a way to track decorations (the small datapads you find), hopefully they add a tab for that too.

If you want to know if you have everything for the workstation, it's 19 furniture options and 11 light options. You have all the data pads when you have those and 20 paint options.
