Will two engines make a ship go faster?

it certainly does but be ready to collect more fuel for each engine,

Got 4 engines on my Ship. and 4 turbines To! and YES it's Faster and can go higher!

Once you get to the upgraded variants, (3) is the sweet spot for Engines as it gets you to within 5 KPH of the max. (2) Turbines is all you need because there's no reason to go any higher at this point in Early Access.

Prior to the upgraded versions, you may want (4) Engines and (3) Turbines. You'll never need 4 Turbines, again, at THIS point in EA.

Two starter engines gives you 30 km/h, two upgraded engines gets you to 60 km/h. And mark II engines have two fuel slots.
two Mark 1 and Two mark 2 turbines gets you to 320 M

yup 320 is the max altitude at this point, as for engines I will have to place a third if its withing 5km of max speed (may place it in the middle of the current two I have for symmetry).

I run 4 of the upgraded turbines for the sake of symmetry as well heh.
