Battery for Scanner

I am trying to make the scanner, but I am missing the battery. I've gone over the area several times, but can't find whatever I've missed. Where should I find battery #3?

If you are still at the start then its in the electrical box where you get the research station, there is also one on the table.

It's inside "fuse box" where you picked up battery #2 which you used for scanner research. It's not in a socket, but in the left bottom corner.
