(HELP PLEASE AND SPOILERS) I chose the wrong option for Sophia

Going for the lies of p ending, accidentally chose "let her live' instead of "give her peace" how do I change this I dont care if I have to edit the save data what do I do. I am not continuing through this game until I fix it. I panicked and thought this was the "save them" dialogue option that I heard about CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME SOMETHING

I seriously can't believe this was put behind a timed dialogue option. Atleast let me go back and rethink the choice this one thing completely ruined this game for me

Too late to save her now, try the other option in NG+

This is my issue with the timed dialogue system. It sounds good on the surface but really it just makes it to where you don't have any time to think about the consequences. Saving sophia was the best choice but i couldnt think about it on a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ 5 second timer

Think about it this way: if you goofed up now, going for the best ending in NG+ will be that much more satisfying. You have knowledge of both gameplay and story, so you'll be the ultimate world savior which no one can defeat!

Thought about that too, I just can't get over the meaning of the choice i had. I picked to let her live because I thought i could get her out and it would ultimately be better in the end. Now I've tried to build up to the near max amount of humanity all for nothing. I think they should add an option to go back and give her peace before you leave the room, it's not good enough to make that decision on a short time limit

Completely agree, dropped the game after this. I was at max humanity too, if I come back I'm hoping I can still get the weapon in the painting

How is trying to save someone that's trapped a worse decision than letting them die....

Not everyone has the time or wants to replay the same levels on ng+. Especially when you had max humanity and would have to redo most of that again. This was a stupid design decision
