Learn to parry his first phase then just dash through every dual sword mode attack and parry the spear attacks in the second phase.
Save the throwables for when its almost dead
Lazily circling to the right of your opponent will get you through 90% of the fights. Sometimes you have to dodge even
I will assure you I have not used a single throwable item to cheese that fight; there's a couple ways you can still demolish this boss with relative ease. It's a solid, difficult fight, moreso than the likes of Malenia.
If you want to highlight a boss that is made of compressed stupid, i'd say swamp monster, but definitely not Romeo.
In fact, is a very good 1 v 1 ultimate show down of 2 puppets.
A lot players with single dimentional mindset find him has issue.
But try do some different stuff, you will notice he is much managable.
Also, personal own skill problem is not game problem.
Be a responsible person and learn to recognize own weakness.
At the moment, the forum topic creator who complain mostly are the negative childish people who can never accept own fault.

I could easily post the footage of me getting wrecked but it's not like I really have much to prove there do I..

Guy does all the work for you; breaks down what moves Nameless has, gives a quick "this is my loadout" if you wanted to respec, and while he uses Aegis, I confirmed he does not use the real cheese method.
Nameless puppet is actually a well designed boss fight, everything he does is well telegraphed. I beat him with the Frozen Feast in less then 10 tries...
Laxasia WAS FAR more difficult to beat and her phase 2 has FAR harder attacks to properly parry and dodge... She took me closer to 80 tries as I am too stubborn to cheese a boss with specter.
I think the reason some people find nameless is so hard is simply because they can't cheese it with a specter...
OP needs to Git Gud, he can't use a specter on the nameless puppet so it's too tough for him...
And yet there are MANY people who claim this boss as trash, shi**y designed, broken, etc.
Nameless Puppet is literally in top 3 best bosses in the game, Romeo, Green Monster and Nameless are imo the best bosses in this game (it's not in order btw).
