Why the boring 2nd and 3rr phase?

Hi!!

This post is just to complain a bit. I don't understand the new trend of boss phase, it only makes fights longer and more boring. I'm fighting the fallen archbishop and it's easy, first phase without using any stus and suddenly, second phase with full health. Same enemy, same attacks but now and then, his tail attacks. This trend of phases only makes bosses more boring and wastes a lot of time, not even in retrying, but during the fight itself. I don't mind spending 30 minutes dying and retrying, but spending 30 minutes in the same fight because the boss has several phases where it recovers all its health is really boring.

Dont worry this is the easiest multi phase boss. Later on, the phase 2 will have almost 100% new moveset and it will feel like you are fighting two bosses in a row instead.

If you fight the tail side, the battle is way different.

Bosses with phases have been around for decades. Not at all a new trend.

Sure. I didn't say harder I said different. It was harder for me, but the point is the OP is complaining that the second phase is the same as the first, but only if you intentionally run around to the back side of the enemy in phase 2.
