Technique?

Iam running mainly a motivity build, but will technique help me to? 😊

Technique will also give you some boost to dmg as long as the weapon also scales with technique.

I usually level up my main dmg stat as much as possible and after I hit the cap where I get like +1 damage every 2 levels I focus on the other one.

Iam using holy sword of arc.
But my teqnique is only around 14.

You don't need it, but it will give you some damage if you hit the cap for your main stat.

I waited till NG1 to do the serious farming since ergo was like doubled. but I did end up around 30s in everything in the first playthrough

Ah cool, guess the only 3 stats you need for motivaty is capacity, health and stamina.😊

Like most Souls games, you're going to get more mileage out of boosting Health and Stamina more than your damage stats. Damage mostly comes from weapon upgrades and you're probably going to beat the game before hitting meaningful health and stamina caps.

Technique, Motivity, and Advance will only increase damage with weapons that use one of those stats and nothing more.

I have no idea, but you will see it after not getting any +dmg after levelling up.

Ah ok, the holy sword of ark has a very slow wind up heavy damage hit, but guess that's the price you pay for on big weapons.😊
