What was your favorite and least favorite boss in the game?
I define by Boss every Enemy with a boss bar, you can name stalkers too, if you had difficulties with em.

I have to say my favorite Boss is the nameless puppet, cause it reminded me a lot of Souls-Bossfights like Artorias, Orphan of Kos or Soul of Cinder. I liked its pattern, the dodging was well-designed (except for two attacks where you almost had to parry) and it looked cool.

I think my least favorite boss is the Mad Clown Puppet. I beat it one time and skipped it on my second playthrough, I think it's just pretty boring to fight to and the one time I killed her, it took me like 15 minutes.

Multiple least favorites for me

Swamp monster
Rabbit Brotherhood 2nd battle
Laxasia phase 2
Nameless puppet phase 2.

Favorite boss - Maybe king of puppets but Victor is a nice contender

I liked the swamp monster, because of its skill curve, it took me several hours to finish it, but at the final try I dodged almost every attack.

The second fight with the brotherhood was more of a running simulator until you see a possibility to attack, so yeah, I don’t like it either, it wasn‘t hard, but boring.

I can‘t look through Laxasias second phase, I didn‘t learn her patterns, every time I‘m in her second phase I just improvise.

I'd say Laxasia is my favorite so far. Phase 1 is so-so, but phase 2 is a visual treat, to say the least, and the fight in general keeps you on your toes at all times. I reckon if I spend more time perfecting my "parries" there, I'll get to enjoy it even more.

As for the least favorite, I'll go with BRB 2. But only because it's basically the same fight as the first time, just in reverse (you fight lil' punks first instead of the real deal). Otherwise, every single boss I enjoyed in one way or another.

Probably it wasn‘t my favorite fight, because at the last try I was dodging every attack instead of parrying one. But it was still a pretty good fight in my opinion.

Green Swamp Monster is definitely up there for me as one of my favorites. Not too many bullcrap attacks, visually impressive, and very satisfying to perfect guard. But honestly, I can't think of a boss I consistently don't like - though there are some I don't like for certain types of builds

Favorite: King of Puppets, Viktor and Scrapped Watchman

Least Favorite: Nameless Puppet, 2nd Brotherhood encounter, Fuoco

Favorite - Laxasia. She's insanely fun to fight and parry. Destroying her sword is a real neat way to get to her second phase.

Worst - Corrupted Parade Leader. It's kind of a footnote, half the time I forget it's a thing. It's not difficult, it's not as noteworthy as its first boss counterpart.

A boss can piss me off to the nth degree, but a forgettable one is a greater sin.

I'd say the second Black Rabbit Bros. encounter. Just annoying to wait for the trio to separate and hoping you don't get yanked around by the Puppet String and making sure you don't kill two of them too early so it's not suddenly a 2v1. And then ends with a refight against a boss who has one extra move.

I like all the fights otherwise but that one certainly stands out as the worst.

Laxasia is as much fun as stabbing myself with a pin. You truly must be a masochist to enjoy one of the most aggro bosses in recent memory of Souls-likes. Fighting her for the first time was absolute shock considering her combo attacks are longer than a wait for Bloodborne remake. Her phase 2 air move will have nasty surprise and her in-stagger attack will definitely rain on your parade. None of that is fun in my opinion and it at best turns to manageable as you learn the encounter.

Yeah but the feeling of countering her entire uppercut combo and 360 slashes makes me nut, and it's been a while since a woman's done that for me, so I'll take what I get.

Favorite: King of Puppets
Least favorite: door guardian/parade master 2

nameless puppet phase 2. completely broken boss, so I just gave the heart to skip it.
Restaldt Oct 5, 2023 @ 12:53pm
Favorite? Maybe Red Fox. I gave them so many chances to not be a Piece of ♥♥♥♥. Pretty satisfying to kill those two.

Edit: after finishing the game Nameless puppet may be my favorite. Lots of fun to learn master and overcome

Least favorite?
Maybe door guardian. Completely neutered my advance/technique approach of put every Element on the enemy immediately and watch them burn

How is Pre-Nerf Bishop not winning least favorite? After I cool down from work I'm going to kill Nameless and no boss in this game made me feel the Rage Pre-Nerf Bishop did. It had no business being so early in the game lol. Ironically, I have used his Soul Weapon for my entire run.

Underrated: First Brother Hood Fight.

Plot Twist: Bishop is also my favorite Fight in the game. Usually, they don't catch me off guard with a 2 Phase fight but I whipped the first Phase in like 5 minutes. Got cocky. Felt like People were exaggerating how hard the game was. Then the cinematic started. 😂 Little did I know I'd be seeing him for a few hours lol

King of Puppets is cool but I came from Armor Core 6. His speed didn't scare me. If you want to see scary speed play Armored Core 6.:cozybethesda:

Favorite boss... hard to decide, but I guess either Romeo, Nameless Puppet, or Archbishop Andreus.
Least favorite was the rematch with the black rabbits cause its just a gank squad.
