I thought it was fine before the nerf, now its a bit wide, IDC either way personally.

However, I cannot figure out what people are referring to with "parry".

I've been dodging and/or (trying to) Perfect Guard everything..... sometimes a PG has different effects, maybe it's one of those??

Gotta say, mad clown has great tells for when it will attack, a great fight overall, though the electric one you fight later is another story....
