"Monsters" would be the objective truth, even Simon himself somewhat admits it. But since he sees the Petrification Disease as a way for humanity to evolve, he will comment on your inability to see the greater picture. So you lie and basically say that the Petrification Disease is great, even if you don't actually think so.
Beyond that, "objective truth" is irrelevant if the question is asking for your character's opinion. It's definitely very unclear what the devs are going for with some of these. Since it's a Korean developer maybe there's a language issue here.
