fps drops for no reason

I'm having several fps drops almost all the time, my pc runs the game at 60 fps everything at minimum and fullhd without any problems with the use of the pc, but every 5 seconds fps drops happen. From one hour to another the game simply goes into slow motion for 2 seconds and comes back as if nothing had happened, I understand that it is in demo but it is currently unplayable for me.

this game is very well optimized, and quite a lot of people are praising it for that. your issues are likely coming from your side, not the game. is this happening in any other games?

This game (well only a demo for now) seems quite well optimized without weird stutters, i think there are some very minor traversal stutters, but very hard to notice, but combat and everything is solid and smooth, no stutters when fighting enemies or once you are at any area that has loaded.

Your problem could be drivers or maybe you need to update Windows, also what are your system specs? This is not too demanding, but it requires something decent, i'd say a mid-range PC with a modern GPU can easily blast this.

i dont think the problem is my pc causeI i play games that need a lot more hardware without problems, but this one in particular is giving me these problems that I never had with any other..

Well, is not like a top of the line rig to begin with, your GPU could be maxing out and causing the stutter or drops, try to use FSR 2.0 (not sure if the 750 Ti supports it, but you can try it) and try setting a 30 fps lock with the in-game limiter, that should make it run ok.

Also, if you are running it from a HDD, that could be another reason why it stutters.

That doesn't make much sense, this a new game that will require better hardware, it's well optimized but that doesn't mean it will run on anything. Not saying your PC can't run it, but it's something to consider. My PC is good but old and some games are an absolute no due to my hardare limitations.

When I tried to run in onto high + defer dxvk I also had same stuttering on new/volumetric effects happening, but as soon as I switched to medium + async one - everything got smooth. + I locked my fps onto 60 for the consistency. 2060s 5-3600x tho (2k res)

No one mentioned it so far, so I'll ask about it, I guess. Are you monitoring your temperatures? Your issue could be due to overheating.

i'm playing with fsr in maximum performance mode, my fps are good but not stable
