Palworld has allowed for this genre to open up like how you saw the same with souls like games
even if the trailer looks good, i'd expect them to put stupid amounts of p2w
personally i dont mind if palworld copies crop up everywhere, more competition is always good to refine the genre/formula, but being a china clone + mobile always means mtx hell
IMO Palworld devs don't seem petty like Nintendo is. I think they wouldn't care too much. Devs seem chill and it wouldn't be a good look in their current lawsuit if they then sue someone else...
I do art and sell ♥♥♥♥ trust me nothing worse then making a product then some one selling a knock off that makes yours look bad sigh. Or even if its good they still STOLE YOU PRODUCT and younot getting paid for YOUR hard work.
It exists for a damn reason and people hate Nintedo becuase they are simps every time I seen a lawsuit minus this new one its bee 1000% legit. Its like dud that is clearly mario, and their games they making money off of. Fan boy "not uh they only taking donations!" its like they making 60k a month in donations off it for christ sake that is not "server costs" that is profit and that breaks the law lol. You can make fan art all day long but once you PROFIT off it, you got watch your back as owner then has decided are you allowed to do it or your ass needs a license fee to sell their ♥♥♥♥.
