More Build Pices?

Guys. it was a time already, i think its time to pay attention for the Build System.
Things like restrictions on build(who is VERY restrictive, area of building (who everyone go to a mod to solve this).
Its already time to add more build pieces to the game, from the wood to stones etc.
Its not like a complety new things, but we need different ratio/size of the builds.
Come on. we only have 1 Type of Wall, Roof and Floor???? what? we build a box everytime...
We need diferent types of roof, circular, triangle, top roof, and variations of size, being able to change all the sizes for the at least the half size for all pieces.
Same for Wall, being able to change size, new types of wall, modular, cirular, new windows, etc.
If the sizes could be changeable, it will already change a lot in the building...
I know that are more things to work on, but its late already, you need start thinking in the building...

I whould like something like S+ from ARK. Triangle foundations and ceilings, so i can make oktagons and so on.

I Found something. In the discord, from MARCH, that was an "announce" (more like a, hey, we are thinking on it) of the building system: https://discord.com/channels/505994577942151180/1196625448063488080/1223428460995805295

But also was said that is not in the incoming update (that we know as Sakurajima). This one was an great expansion for content, new things and pals. So will be now (for now, i mean, when the next updates comes, will be focused on the called "Expansion Building System").
Ofc i know you guys are working on into new things for the game, updates etc. But for me and for half of the player base i have seen so far into discord and others social media, instead of more "content update" now, its time already for the building system. I hope that the plan to introduce the Overhaul building system its already running.
I hope that the next update its for the building and not for "more content". Building System is something that A LOT (and myself) Players enjoy the most into a open-world game. Thats something that cant be underestimated.

Having alternate versions of pieces to cycle through while placing would solve the "there's too many things to cycle through in the menu" issue, I think that's a potential issue here (adding too many pieces makes the build menu annoying to navigate)

So e.g. for the window tile you could have regular, big, rounded ones to choose from, triangle walls could also have a diagonal version, regular walls could be halved vertically or horizontally etc

I donno honestly for the base of operations the current build pieces seem fine i do get why ppl want more things to make stuff more pretty but i fear it will make pals just more stuck =o=

If you're happy in live in a box and make a box for everything, ok then...

Also, Pals beins stuck is exacly why we need a rework into the build system??? If you can build a proper place for they, with proper fence, stairs, walls, they will not be stuck. You cant build a stair without being bug or being restrective, ofc they will be stuck, you can only build a box .-.

I really like the build model set up in Rising World. Everything is blocks and they are about 10 inches in diameter. Options allow you to make them round (for columns) or square (for walls), and gives lots of flexibility in building. Then they add the windows, doors, furniture as separate builds.

They barely have the round edge pieces. I'd say let the devs actually work on the parts that need to be done first to ask for more astetics later. I mean, the pals can't even climb the stairs yet

The Pals cant up stairs because we dont have a building system. We need a build system mrore structured, then they can change/work on the Pal IA when we have buldings for it.
Initially the bulding was not the goal, only the pals itself, i understand that hows they needed put all the time into the pals, but its a time already, the building is FAR from something, they need work on it.
And the topic of the discussion is that mesage on discord. We will get a building system rework now? or we need wait for more updates?.
For me is already time to talk about it.

you like bulding boxes? seens more that you just dont like building or dont like expend your time in building things, as build a box is easy and fast. But the building system in a game like this is one of the most important things.

It's likely they aren't going to make it better. In this patch they actually made it way worse. Not only are pals bugged out as ever and can't use a stairs to save thier lives, Now you can't even build in shallow water. They completely nixed anything toughing water for some odd reason. I have been waiting for a fix to build a water factory since release and still nothing. I mean it's a fantasy game when animals shoot fire and lightning, but they think it's not ok to build a house on water? Like really!!!
