The Free Pal Alliance SHOULD NOT ATTACK Pals!

This is one of the most annoying bugs that needs to be urgently fixed in the game. The Free Pal Alliance should be a society dedicated to protecting pals from humans who threaten them, but instead, they are seen fighting against the Pals. My suggestion is as follows: instead of having the Free Pal Alliance attack the Pals, they should ONLY attack the Rayne Syndicate and the player.

The Pals could become allies of the Free Pal Alliance, meaning if a member of the alliance is attacked by the player or the Rayne Syndicate, nearby Pals will defend them. Only the Rayne Syndicate should confront the Pals throughout the map, as it makes sense since they are criminals who illegally capture Pals to profit from trafficking. In other words, the Free Pal Alliance could only attack the Pals if and only if they had no other choice, due to the aggressiveness of some Pals in nature. It would be a good idea to see them confronting the Rayne Syndicate instead of the Pals.

The whole thing about the pal alliance is that only the leader is totally pro pal without any exceptions. The other followers are going the route of "the lesser evil", raiding the Syndicate bases for money and the pals they have captured so they can fund the police protection of the sanctuaries. One of the drops of the alliance raids is cooked lamball, so that should tell you all you need to know about these guys.

One of their bases is in "Hypocrite Hill".

One of the journals mention that their leader has no idea of where are they getting so much money, and they have bases with captured pals. So it's pretty obvious that they are capturing and selling pals, in order to get enough money to pay the cops to protect the enderanged species of pals.

I dont think that its a bug, but rather that it's a world of grey morallity.

Basically its like a person poaching a common wildlife animal to get enough money to protect an enderanged species from extinction.

You also have to realize the Free Pal Alliance is also making fun of groups like P.E.T.A. with all their actions and hypocrisy.

Will also Lily's Journal piece states She doesn't see captured Pals as Pals but as Tools that need to be disposed of along with those that capture Pals. There is also the fact her Pal that fights with her was not captured unlike the other Tower Bosses and that she may be the oldest human here with her pal keeping her young.

Yeah and the Leader of P.E.T.A. has so much love for animals but animals that are pets are better off dead then to be a pet to someone else. A literal quote that was said.

not really betray as in going against her, they're funding the whole operation using hypocritical methods so Lily can fund the PIDF protecting endangered pals

Lily is unironically the Idol of free pal alliance as in she doesnt really control much or know what her members are doing

You should consider in the lore that the Towers do something to each of the leaders, so by the time the player arrives and engages the leaders in the tower, they are already 'changed' by the towers.

Except in the journals that the Towers holds great power that power is never really touched upon. I mean each tower is run unanimously by the leader of each faction but unlike Lily (that was her pal keeping her eternally young) the other faction leaders get replaced each generation by a new Chief/Leader. The only powers so far that the towers have done during a boss fight is keep the player from capturing the bosses and their pals.

The only reason people have speculated conquering the towers for is sometime down the line when it gets updated is to gain access to the Great Tree. The reason they guard their particular tower is in Zoe's Journal that like her father and his father before they were told by someone of great importance to protect it (she doesn't know or remembers entirely why).

Before you say the towers were changing the boss so they had great stats just remember each Faction is also supposed to have their own Special Tech and stat boosters (remember the PIDF leader journal talked about giving white powder to his pal to make it more crazed and dangerous [nothing more crazed than something hopped up on Crack Cocaine or the pal equivalent]). Not to mention they probably had a lot more time in the breeding department through the generations than the bear minimum the player has access to.
