Handmade Gliders aren't useless

There's this myth being spread around by dumb Youtubers trying to tell everyone the craftable Gliders are useless, because the Glider Pals are better, yes the Glider Pals are better, but the Craftable Gliders being useless is bull.

My Glider Pal is Celaray, however, I keep a Craftable Glider on me at all times, just in case my Celaray becomes incapacitated, I haven't tested this but it's not hard to imagine being unable to use your Glider Pal to glide to places or break your fall if it's broken.

Having a Craftable Glider on you at all times ensures you can at least break your fall if falling from a high place, yes they are worse than the Glider Pals, but they are not useless.

How is gliding with a pal better than the craftable one? It lets you glide longer? Or how is it better?

I mean its not rocket science anyway that a crafted glider isnt useless.especially if you dont want to waste a pal party member slot just for the glide function.

Galeclaw is way faster. The squid lets you go farther. Hangyu lets you gain altitude every time you deploy him.

They're all better than the base gliders imo but its nice to have a base one in your pocket either way just in case.

Yeeeah they should probably nerf flying pals in that respect. As much as I like just having them as an OP traversal method

flying pals are supposed to lose stamina when going over water, right now yeah they're op

I mostly use my Frozen Noodle (Chillet) for the majority getting around, I only use my flying mounts when I need to climb steep cliffs, because flying pals are food guzzlers, I don't over rely on them because they require too much food to maintain.

if you need an pal slot in your party then handmade gliders are good, else they suck hard, every glider pal outclasses the handmade ones.

Flyers eat lots of food, not true, food is plenty around, this is not an hinderance or obstacle, simple berries or slice of bread with jam on it works till the end of times. Build a basic foodbag atleast and you don't have to manually feed yourself or your palls either.

i'm 46 did first 3 towers and every boss up to level 49, just with my flyer pall. So basically you have like 4 free slots, 3 if you take galeclaw with you like i have. so what do i put in the other 3 slots? Anubis to help me build stuff quicker and is good fighter aswell? then still 2 slots open. Then i have digtoys, to farm ore quickly, last slot is just open, no clue what to bring with me lol.

i never bring a glider pal its a waste of a slot to me i bring all 5 legendary pals to a fight

You know you can dodge way quicker with a glider pall, and still shoot your wepon while dodging? what fight need 5 legendary palls? 1 pall 2 at most is enough for any fight.
