GIven the history of Pocket Pair there's a good chance it's either a placeholder for unimplemented stuff or something they forgot to remove.

i see and also looked i have 2 missing items more so 3 in all: at lvl27, at lvl28 and lvl48

lv 27 should be water bronchery saddle. Lv 48 are froststallion and froststallion noct saddles
