[Suggestion] Party System (Not Guild)
I would like to suggest adding a PARTY system that's somewhat similar but very different with the current guild system. Servers where there are a lot of players afraid to join another guild because it would throw away their own base is understandable. Right now the Guild system although already great has some very limiting factors mostly due to the base building limitations. Hopefully the party system will be able to advert some of this issue but allows player to still join up with others without sacrificing their base. So what's the difference between the party and guild system that I hope they'll add?

DIFFERENCES to the current guild system:
  1. Allow players even on different guilds to team up without destroying their own built bases.
  2. Experience from base workers will only be from each player's own guild base and not shared with party members.
  3. Party team mates cannot fast travel to bases if they're not a member of the guild that owns that base.
  4. Party team mates cannot access or use non-guild base structures(chest, weapon craft table, Palbox, etc.) if they're not a member of the guild that owns those structures.
  5. Party team mates cannot build on base areas if they're not a member of the guild that owns that base.
  6. Party limit is only 4 players.

SIMILARITIES to the current guild system:
  1. Players on the same party can see each other on the map (hopefully indicated by a different color from guild members).
  2. Experience share gain when capturing or killing wild pals in dungeons and towers will still be the same as the guild system.

What do you guys think is it lacking or is it enough? Again this is just a suggestion, so chill with the salt. :steamsalty:

+1. Would love a party system in addition to the guild system.

Really don't want to integrate my base with someone else if we're just going to do a dungeon together or a raid boss and then go back to our separate bases.

i ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ agree, we have a server of 8 friends and everyone wants their own bases, understandably so. The limit of 3 bases sucks and so we have 3 different guilds and we hardly interact even if we r in the same call, also tower boss fights sucks like this because half of all movesets auto target your non guild mates and pals over the actual boss. Your suggestion would fix a lot of my struggles.

I think both would be good.

Sadly we have to suggest this when it's a function in almost every single open world survival or taming game out there with multiplayer support already.

Well they do already have a guild system which is probably their version of multiplayer support but it is limiting the base building feature which is actually one of the fun things to do in this game.

Well that's what I think...

Right? I have a friend that wants to join me for the exp share but he doesn't want to abandon the 2 bases he built. :Aste_Roy:

Sounds like alliances, like in Ark - where two tribes/guilds can build an alliance together where xp is not shared, everyone has their own base - but can access doors / chests etc if they are not locked. and of course no friendly fire (only with specific setting turned on)

Do you mean something like that with Party System?
If so, then yes. Would like that too!

(I also hope they fix the rubber banding in coop/multiplayer as soon as possible, since thats pretty annoying for every non-host player.)

Yep, that's exactly my point for the party system.
