Looking for Boltmane

It's my most-wanted Pal from the trailers, but I haven't come across it yet. Is it a rare spawn in one of the higher level caves?

Boltmane is not in EA, same as the Shadowfied Reshiram one

Unreleased. Same as "Dark Mutant" (supposed Lunaris variant). Will prob show up in future patches though
