Lvl 20 character reset

I'm playing on the offical server and i went to go do a boss. The server crashed and it's currently telling me to create a new character? I had a lvl 20, which was a rough grind especially with rubber banding. Anyone else have this issue and possibly know what can be done? I experienced this once before after i did a full system restore when i couldn't load waypoints.

and also I suggest you to be aware that due to hackers in Official Servers, (the developers are working on it to remove hacking and such) so expect to see server wipes, etc.

Suggesting for you to either play single game and/or if you play with friends, make your own server with password to enter.

All that stuff happening on official servers is due to miserable human beings that find it fun to ruin other's fun. The servers are not being wiped officially, miscreants are deleting people's bases and character data.

It is highly recommended that you go nowhere near official servers until they've figured out how to stop all the free roam console/command hacking.

Really is that why the servers keep resetting???? I know hackers blew up my base and killed my character several times which caused me to bug and I couldn't put in stats as I leveled up. I just thought that Palworld had an automatic reset timer that they've not disclosed.
