Palworld Needs Optimization

The game has only recently been released and the developers are already sharing plans to add new content to the game. I realize that some people are also looking forward to adding new mechanics, pals, etc. But this is not what is needed now, because the game has big problems with optimization.
People on completely different builds are experiencing issues with freezes and fps drops in the game. I realize that this game is incredibly fun, but all the magic of immersion is ruined during sudden freezes. In addition, now the game consumes an incredible amount of pc resources, I personally have this game running worse than ark evolved or hogwarts legacy which is very strange.
I understand that the developers were inexperienced and just started working with this engine, so I think it is more important to solve the problems with optimization and only then work on adding new content, which is likely to bring more problems in the game.
If you agree with me, please help with the promotion so that the developers will pay attention.

They've already stated they're going to work on optimization and bug fixes before focusing on new content.

Good if that's the case, it's just that they talk so much about adding something new and have so rarely mentioned other issues

Op what are your specs? Game runs fine for me and all my friends, optimization is legit last thing they need worry about with pathfinding etc issues at hand.

Pathfinding falls under optimization.

Optimization is the improvement of existing software systems, along with improving performance on a hardware level.

OOT was also a lot less complex and graphically a lot less demanding. For instance OOT has no building mechanics and no AI NPCs. I agree that games were usually (but not always) a lot more stable back then, but they were also a lot easier to make.

you can literally become a "game dev" nowadays by installing unreal and using momm'y debit card to buy a few assets. the entire meaning of it has gone down the tubes as well.

The best computer you could buy in 2022? You've answered your own question. Only 10% of all players can afford the best pc of 2022.
People have these problems on completely different builds, as I've read several similar topics related to freezes and lags. This game in general should not consume so much pc resources, as I said many new games work better than palworld in terms of optimization.

It's not strange, you'd think that AI mechanics don't take/need alot of memory, but you are wrong.

If you or anyone is a dummy and TURNS spawn rates up, and then complains about FPS, then, look in the mirror and slap yourself.

Optimization will come after test, we are still in testing phase.
