Fenglope Spawn Area

So... It seems Fenglope spawns right near a syndicate camp that keeps killing it all the time. Every time I reach there I see the Fenglope almost dead, don't even have time to throw a ball... I really hate this, I need to clear the entire camp and sit there waiting when Fenglope will respawn, that I think it takes an house? The problem lies when I DON'T see Fenglope dying, now I have to wait there because I don't know when it will respawn, if I leave it could respawn 2 seconds after (and it'll happen, you know how Murphy is), and then it'll get kill again by the syndicate.

The ♥♥♥♥ is this spawn.

Idk what spawn area you're referring too but the Fenglope i got was an Alpha Pal in its own isolated area

i'm having this same issues as well. fenglope is still at half hp and no where in sight, i'm in its den/cave and it never shows up nor near the syndicate camp

The spawn seems that is supposed to be in the cave below, but somehow i've had the same issue where it is at half hp, but not present in the cave.
I suspect it's spawn is wonky. I have had it spawn inside the cave appropriately once, but only when i had 3x pal spawns, and only one of them was in the cave. One of them had fallen through the ground and was shooting me from below, and the other was nowhere to be seen.
