100-150 hours+? Not sure, but around that depending how fast you are.

It's a survival game with pokemon... game length is entirely up to the reasons you play a survival. That said, to "rush" to the end/last tower still would require a lot of pal catching and exploring with a good chunk of base building. So I would say at least right now without cheating and whatnot if you are just doing the bare minimum to get to all the towers and kill all the optional bosses you are still looking at 80+ your first time following a guide perfectly and doing the bare minimum pal collecting.

IF you want to collect all the pals and also breed the perfect stats for your pals you are looking at 100's of hours.

Right now that depends on you.

How "perfect" you want you pals , ect.

There are no quests...

This is an open world game with no WoW-style quests, minimal story, and mostly about base-building and surviving. If you don't cheat it out, take your time exploring and trying to catch pals, and play with a friend or solo, you're looking at 200+ hours easily if not more.

If you try the big servers, it's a crapshoot on how much you'll enjoy the game. Having a couple of friends on a private server is where this game really shines. Hard to beat for the money, but make sure to remember that this is still pre-launch by a year, so it's buggy in places.

Aside from still missing the last 5 or so Pals to complete my Paldeck and not everything on my normal Technical Skill Tree is unlocked, it took me roughly 70 hours to get everything else "done".

I'll be waiting for some updates. I did enjoy myself with this game, but I'll be taking a break now.

Its a survival game. Those typically dont have quests and if any NPC interactions exist, they are rare. There is no story in this game, its all about the gameplay.

depends on what you consider finishing the game. To beat all the bosses, probably 50-60 hours at least for the level grind, if you planned on doing it before 50. If you want to hit 50, unlock all the tech, and breed some pals with good traits, you're looking at 100+ hours. If you want perfect traits with breeding, it could easily spiral into the hundreds of hours depending on which pals, and which combo's you wanted.
45 hours is my guess based on my own progress.

There sort of are. There are boss towers, boss dungeons and bosses in each region. So the quests are eliminate the bosses and clear the dungeons and clear the towers.

"including main and side quests" Palworld isn't an rpg its a survival game. Survival games don't really have quests the main focus is on more free flowing gameplay instead of narrative and quests. Even ark a game with great lore (until genesis) has it so far in the background you need to do a lotta googling to figure it out.

As for the actual play time. I'm at level 44, 6 levels off max, with roughly 70 hours in the game. I'm guessing anywhere from 70 to 100 hours to clear everything on your first playthough. But with survival games everyone really does move at their own speed

You can't "clear" the dungeons. They just respawn 10 minutes later and are randomly open or closed.

The towers have no dialogue, lead to nothing other than XP and resources.

There is nothing at the end of the road, you play forever.

Well they released a roadmap so you can expect the game to get more updates in the future.
I have 30h in, am Level 29 and have not even explored half of the map yet or unlocked everything or even set foot in all dungeons. You can take as much time as you want it depends on what your goal is, build stuff, explore, just catch, fight bosses. I would say for me before I finish I'll reach around 80-100h maybe a bit more
